They did a really good job. Price was reasonable too.

Both owners, Eric Chase and Tony Sanchez, arrived to inspect my drainage system. Upon meeting for the first time, Eric Chase informed me he didn't view my main line video inspection. After the effort I placed into uploading the files, he should have contacted me to explain the problem and I would have corrected it. After their inspection, he quoted off the top of his head in mere seconds while his partner Tony referred to my rehabbed home as a "Pig in a Poke" I believe were his words. It's not good form to offend prospective customers (Business 101). What's more, when I told Eric I saw them on Angieslist and that Angieslist was instructed to contact them for a quote. He told me they are not on Angieslist not realizing customers place service providers onto Angieslist with or without their permission or knowledge. They had 3 reviews, now 4. Towards the conclusion of our meeting, I stated I wanted their “Terms and Conditions” on their quote. The quote emailed with Scope of Work was informal and my directive ignored. I wrote a polite follow-up email asking again for their Terms and Conditions and several more questions yet never did hear back from this comedy duo. (Comedy Duo is how one reviewer described them). I didn’t find my experience dealing with them particularly humorous. The following day I hired a truly professional plumbing company with a solid long-term warranty and a fixed quote (unforeseen discoveries excepted) at nearly twice the price. A company whose owner took time to photograph and draw out a pictorial of my waste plumbing system and what was causing the sewage impediment, and what materials, fittings, etc. would be used to successfully treat our problem. No Time and Materials scenario which can get financially out of hand quickly. When I ask questions about a project’s cost, most service providers demonstrate paralysis in skillfully handling this vital part of the sales process. They frequently and wrongly assume “it’s all about the money.” If a customer’s pain points are adroitly handled, it isn’t hard to close them---even for more money. It is well known about the trades that when business is booming, call backs and courtesy take a back seat to professionally handling a prospective customer. They simply don’t call back or in my experience with Community Plumbing, they just don’t respond to a follow-up email. Ultimately, over time, a nice customer like me, multiplied by others like me, can bring a business to its knees. There are plenty of us. When we get pushed far enough—or ignored, we go to one of its competitors. I did and I couldn’t be happier!

Excellent! Eric and Anthony were punctual, professional, friendly, and we feel like we got the best advice from them regarding our options for our old toilets. They advised us, considering our usage that we should have one gravity flush toilet in the bathroom attached to the master bedroom and a power-flush toilet in the main bathroom. They performed the estimate on a Monday on fairly short notice - I had called them on the previous Friday. We were out of town afterward, but as soon as we were back, on Tuesday the next week, they installed our new toilets. The new ones work great! The installation is very clean and professional. They hauled away the old toilets. We are extremely happy with Community Plumbing and will certainly be calling them again.

These guys came out and fixed the issues quickly and for a more than decent price.

We were told by another plumber that it would take a whole month to do the job. Community Plumbing got the job done in one week and everything has been working beautifully ever since. They were clean, professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Community Plumbing and would use them again if we ever needed plumbing help.
