Great. I already filled this out once where I said all sorts of great things. But now I’m filling it out for the second time. Annoying review service, great plumber.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. Would definitely call them again.

Mike, my technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention a-nice guy. The company responded to my request immediately. They also followed up with me after I had to cancel my first appt. I will definitely hire and also recommend them to family and friends.

I did a remodeling of the back yard and needed to install an outdoor shower. There was a need for CP to come to my house two times. The first one was to do all the plumbing and the second was to install all the shower components after the installation of the tile. All three people that came to my house were very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They also showed up exactly when they said they would. Definitely a five star organization with reasonable pricing unlike that other plumbing company that advertises like crazy which is also good, but way over priced. Any future plumbing issues I know where to go.

Michael was in charge of the job and he did absolutely great. Pricing was more reasonable than some of the other big names that constantly advertise and the work was superb. I would definitely hire them for anything related to plumbing.

Had another Plummer come out & wanted to charge $350 for the job but he was unable to get the job done. Collins pacific came out in less the 15 minutes & got the job done in less then an hour & only charged $150.

On Jan 1 2021, our water heater started leaking and our hot water was not working. We shopped around and decided to go with CPP. Aaron contacted me quickly with a quote and set up an appointment for the very next day. Jose and Michael, our technicians, came out and was early. They worked efficiently and within 3 hours, a new water heater was installed and we waited patiently for the hot water to kick in. Jose and Michael were friendly, professional and informative. We are very pleased with their fast and efficient work.

Amazing! They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and did excellent work. They performed a camera scope and hydroflush of our sewer lines and recorded the before and after to show us the change, fixed our garbage disposal and dishwasher and installed an air gap. They did an amazing job and we would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent; they came on time and did the job quickly during payment they explained what they did and how it looked with pictures.

Water bill seemed to increase after a month almost double. At the same time hissing noise coming from tank would never stop. So I called Collins Pacific plumbing inc. to come the first day I made the appointment 3:00. 4:30 comes around and still no plumber. I called manager and he said sorry for being late...and his guy’s ETA would be 15min. I told him reschedule for the next day and he agreed . So the next day his plumber came and looked at the supposed leak he put some dye in the tank to see if there could be a leak....but no dye was seeping through into the bowl...at the same time he checked the flapper and cleared some of the debris..from underneath and that was the extent of the work. It didn’t seem there was any more hissing coming from the toilet. I paid $95 for his time. Almost overnight started hearing the hissing again....tried calling the next day to Collins pacific plumbing no answer..but a voicemail recording to leave a message. So I did with situation and my phone number. And. Still no call back. Really disappointed. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

The business provided very good communication and the plumber arrived right on time. The materials were good quality and the work went smoothly. The job had a few extra challenges and they handled these items quickly and easily with no additional cost. I’m so glad that I hired this plumbing service!

Everything went smooth. Tech was knowledgeable, got in and out in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up as if he was never there. It’s great to feel confident in a company especially when it comes to plumbing work. This same company installed a water heater a couple years ago which is why they’re now in my phone under plumber. I have no need to ever call any other plumbing company. They’ve earned my trust and respect.
