 + 0 moreThey are in my neighbor and they are excellent, and the have done some work for me. They also do jewelry repair, I believe. They are very friendly. The only thing I did not like was the referral they made, because it was the gentleman who took all my stuff. They are a very small jewelry store, but they make you feel like I mean not part of family, but they certainly treat you nice and respectfully. They have a good range. They have really nice quality jewelry and I think it is what you pay for is what you get. They are a fine jewelry store. I trust them completely. They are just all very nice people.
Description of Work: I used Collins Family Jewelers to remake my wedding ring, because it got cut off during the surgery. They fixed other things for me and they bought back some gold from me. I also bought a ring on sale there that is beautiful and I think that was reasonably priced, and they kind of work with you a little bit.

 + -1 moreTHEY SEEMED TO HAVE LOST TRACK OF THE REPAIR AND SAID THEY HAD PLACED CALLS TO ME, WHEN IN FACT THEY HADN'T (CALLER ID). I CALLED THEM AND THEY DID MAKE REPAIRS, LOOKS GOOD.
