Plumber Sean showed up on time and gave me a quick estimate of $430. I thought it was high but I had to have it done so I agreed and he went at it. He did the leak repair but no water was flowing due to some unexplained sediment clogging the pipe line. I asked for a quote to do the additional repair of clearing out the sediment and how long would it take. He does not have a clue as how to clear it or how long it would take him. He swears that of his 30 years of experience he had never seen anything! I really need the water to be working so I requested that he give me an estimate... he sounded like an amateur on this subject but said from one to three hours at $400 an hours. It is clear he does not know his work so I sent him away. I then contacted another plumber company that came to trouble shoot and took care of the problem for $42 service. I would not recommend them and will not use them again in the future.

Pros: Accommodated next day appointment for unexpected plumbing issue. Cons: 4 hours late to the appointment. No follow-through on the drywall repair (still isn't done after two weeks). Price was pretty painful. For that much, I'd expect the scheduling, punctuality, and follow-through to be handled in a way more professional manner.

The day they were scheduled to come out I received a call at the top of the visit window and was asked if I could reschedule as they had run into difficulty on another job and it was taking longer. I can appreciate that and I was able to accommodate the change so I have no problem with that. We scheduled for the next day and they arrived at the very top of the scheduling window. Mitch and another individual provided the service. They did a thorough review of all the areas of concern I was provided a quote that had several options. I approved the work although I realized the price was high. Because they seemed so qualified, had a lord of good reviews and I did not want to go through the extra hassle of finding another pIumber I went ahead with the work. The work was excellent and I am very pleased with it as I am pleased with the courtesy and professionalism I experience. All work was covered under a five year warranty for parts and labor. I did read reviews that indicated the prices were out of alignment but I went ahead and I approved the quote and allowed them to do the work so ultimately it is my my bad. only after that I realized how much I felt I was overcharged for this work. I am embarrassed by my lack of research. Well, live and learn

We bought $200 of credit for $79. The plumber came and, after an inspection, said that we'd first have to determine if the leak was caused by an obstruction: cleaning the pipe would cost us $280, so in addition to the $79 credit, we'd have to pay an extra $80 or so. After the service was performed and the leak remained, we were told that we'd have to change the pipe. This would cost us up to a couple thousand because the pipe was behind a finished wall coming down from the kitchen and into the basement/back yard. I later asked for quotes for similar pipe-cleaning services and they were all in the $90-$100 range. I really do not see how roto-rooting the pipe came in at $280.

The agreed to credit back the Toilette Tune-up fee which Angie's List did very quickly.

The service was originally scheduled a day earlier. I called when I heard nothing and it was 45 minutes past the time limit for which I was scheduled. They said they got delayed on other jobs, but the fact that I got no call leads me to believe it wasn't scheduled correctly. When the service person came the next day he was excellent - knowledgable, quick, clean, friendly and conscientious.

the 39$ price was just a front to get in the door. they wanted to sell more service and product.

The first toilet was adjusted because it was overfilling. The second toilet needed a new handle installed. Everything was done quickly and professionally.

They are not cheap but I didn't think they would be.

I called them and left a message the next day and received no follow up. I tried 3 times and never heard back. They didn't seem interested in the job, so I hired someone else.

Above expectations fast smooth, and I learned a lot from the experience. I did the install myself glad to have them here was able to catch many potential hazards that I created for myself, made the job safe and effective.

I was very pleased with the repair. I will hire again.
