Description of Work: Called to get a price estimate to replace the parts in the back of a toilet. The woman who answered the phone said over and over "the technician will give you a free estimate when he comes out. We do not give prices over the phone". I simply wanted to get a idea of the cost to replace the toilet tank parts before I asked someone to come to our house. This was a simple question and not a complicated repair. I imagine plumbers do this work often. I expected to get a price estimate.
