Great, timely, courteous & high quality work.

Ron fixed the stopper and from his general analysis (part of the "deal") indicated that I needed a new water pressure regulator. I reviewed their analysis with my HOA president, who indicated Colepepper was absolutely correct and that replacing the regulator would save thousands in damages if not replaced immediately. Ron had great information and appeared very knowledgeable. Ron replaced the regulator right then. He had all of t,he tools and equipment ready to address the problem. The whole process was first class. I would hire him again, and absolutely recommend this company

Amazing! I called to schedule a service and they had someone come out the very same day! Our plumber gave us a courtesy call that he was on the way and showed up at the exact time mentioned. He was friendly, very professional, and prompt when returning the next day after getting a part to finish the job. We could not be happier with the overall customer service we received. We will be using them from now on and will highly recommend to anyone.

Be very cautious using this company!!!!! The going rate in the area for this job is $150, they charged me $450. (Again, the technician was here for less that 30 minutes). It was my mistake, I should have gotten other quotes before he did the work not after; however, I was told this was a good company. When I called to ask why I was charged so much more than the going rate, I was first told it would take 72 hours to get a call back. It really only took 2 hours but I was told "that is the price we charge, I should have gotten quotes first". When I told them I was going to write a review regarding their price gouging and was told "why should we pay for your mistake, you should have checked first". Unfortunately, I feel that if I am dealing with a reputable company, I don't have to get 3 quotes while the technician is standing there, I was naive enough to think I wasn't being taken advantage of. I have no problem paying for good service, I do have a problem being taken advantage of though.

It went very well. Sean was easy to work with and very sharp.

We got the $200 credit for $80 via Angie's list and the "list price" of the work was $250, so it cost us $130 (80+50 to make it $250 list price). Completely worth it to me at the lower cost, not sure it would have been so worth it at $250 since it's under an hour job to do and required no parts etc. Sill the work was done very promptly and professionally, and I'd absolutely consider hiring them again.

When I called to set up the appointment and told them I needed a toilet installation. Nothing was said about price, and the time was scheduled for the technician to come out. He was an hour late. When I told him what I needed done, he told me it is $500 to install a toilet. From having dealt with similar services, I felt this price was outrageous and asked them to leave and then requested my money back from Angie's List. When I told the technician I didn't want the service, he told me that he would come back on his own time over the weekend and do it for $150.

The man was rally nice, clean, and efficient! He knew what he was talking about and got it done. Can't tell you how nice he was! Recommend 100%!!

Everything went great!! Armando explained every step of the job in layman's terms. Before he snaked the pipe, i saw him pull out two pieces of broken flange out of the pipe, which definitely should not have been there. After the snaking, He then resealed the toilet and pipe with appropriate wax seal and flange, then augured the reconnected toilet just to make sure everything worked. He also wiped up the work area and test flushed another 15 times to ensure everything was working properly. He explained all the charges carefully and clearly. Armando was very friendly and very professional. Couldn't be happier with his work! Definitely recommend him for your plumbing problems and will definitely call him for any other plumbing issue.

unfortunately, my home is so old that the toilet needs to be completely replaced. Not their fault but it would have been nice to get some sort of credit toward that work in a written estimate because nothing was really done except to look at the system and outside water pressure valve. The estimate detailed work needing to be done but no $$$ was given which was kind of odd...

Work was done quickly and efficiently and Armando was most cordial and provided additional information and recommendations.
