Great. Armando gave me 3 options then was able to fix promptly.

They charged me $300 for a six foot snake and 25 minutes of work. Then they told me I needed a new water heater and Water Conditioner to go with it for $10,000. They didn't plug the toilet what is 6 foot snake should cost $300. I may need a new water heater but I didn't need one that day. They were very nice people but I felt they were over charging and then trying to sell me something I didn't need

This was an Angie's List special and ended up being a wonderful experience for me. First, the office was very cooperative and adjusted their normal schedule to meet my unique needs. Armando called at the beginning of the time window I was given to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and performed expert work very quickly. To top it off, Armando could not have been more courteous, respectful, or professional. This was a simple task, but I will definitely call Colepepper Plumbing the next time I need any plumbing work!

Hopefully, successful. Since I have a high efficiency washer with no more clothes to wash we couldn't effectively evaluate whether the drain was cleared. However, Miguel did run considerable water down the drain quickly with no stoppage. I'm optomistic!

Excellent! Loved that someone picks up & answers the phone. Courteous too. Sometimes I just need to have the phone answered when I need help. Three other services didn't even answer the phone. Armando was punctual, genuinely wanted to quickly help resolve the problem. He patiently answered all of my questions & reviewed options & explained things.

It went great. Armando was prompt and very professional. He gave me options and allowed me to decide how to proceed.

Tried to upswell me to an expensive designer part that I later purchased myself at Lowes and had a handyman put in. Dishonest. Get another opinion before blindly trusting them.

Guy was very profesional , clean gave us a lot of tips as to how to prevent this from hapening again and where to get some items .

I was very impressed with Leo's courtesy, his neat work and his communication skills. I knew what was happening at every step and he always came when he said he would. On top of that, his work was neat and passed all inspections very easily.

Armando was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Even though he didn't get paid as there was no leak, he was very patient through your the process.

excellent Armando and his team were professional and courteous .. Armando communicated effectively, started the job on time and completed it ahead of schedule ...they left the place neat and clean and I was very impressed with their work !! We had to run copper in many places with many turns and they truly did a fabulous job !! It's apparent they are up for any challenge and it showed their true professionalism!

The technician, upon arrival, took a quick glance at the toilet said he absolutely could fix it. But when my husband entered the room and said he wants a new one, the technician suddenly said the toilet couldn't be fixed. He gave us a quote for a new one, which was ridiculously high. I asked him to fix the toilet however he was going to when he said he would fix it. A few minutes later he said he had done some tuning and it should work for awhile until we made up our minds whether we wanted a new one or not. As soon as he left and we checked it again, it was still having the same problems as before. It was a waste of $39.

Work exceeded expectations though price appeared higher than norm.

Answered phone over weekend and came out early Sunday to fix. Super friendly, fair price, and all work done efficiently and neatly.

It was great! Armando was extremely helpful and got the problem fixed quickly. 10/10 would recommend.
