 + 0 moreMy tech, Armando Rodriguez, was punctual, polite and professional. You couldn't ask for more. He solved the issue of a clogged sink (which I had called him for) and pointed out that my garbage disposal unit was old and leaky and out of warranty. He was able to replace the unit and ultimately gave me a great deal on the total package. Would use again without hesitation.

When the PRV went, he was already gone. He returned promptly to assist and repair the problem. Everyone needs a lawyer and a plummer. I have finally found mine.  + -1 moreI signed up and paid $39.00 for a toilet tune up. There was no tune up. All the man did was say that my toilet moved forward and backwards and that I needed a new toilet. He did nothing to fix it he just tried to buy a new toilet for $1,300! I happen to know that you can get a new toilet for about $250! It was nothing but a set up!!!

 + 0 moreLeo did a great job and was very conscientious about the quality of their work. He kept me informed on the progress of the work and showed me all the problem areas as they were discovered. I really appreciated being able to observe their work and they always took time to answer my questions. They also cleaned up everything at the end of each day and made sure I knew what time to expect them. Overall, I would say their communication on the project was excellent.
Description of Work: Cleaned out sewer pipes that had tree roots clogging the lines. The project was quiet extensive and involved work in our front yard and jackhammering inside our house to get to the pipes below the foundation.

He worked with me to devise a plan to test my theory that this was a main line blockage instead of a tub blockage and the test confirmed my suspicions. In doing this he saved us both time and me money. Then he got straight to work. He was fast and cleaned up after himself. Thanks Colepepper and Armando!

He also added an adapter, so that if it ever strips again, I'll be able to replace it myself without needing to evacuate the water and doing a lead solder operation. He was very professional and efficient. Great tradesman that knows his business.

Description of Work: I purchased a main sewer line cleaning inspection coupon and Armando Rodriguez was the service provider that provided the inspection. He was very professional, courteous and thorough with the report I cluding showing me photos of problem areas. Although I have not chosen any additional.work orders yet, the options he provided( with discounts) covered the full spectrum of repairs for both short term and long term expected outcomes. There was no sales pressure to purchase now and I appreciated Armando's patience and willingness to work with me.
