Lynn Hamilton did an amazing job as our selling agent. The bottom line... the Carlsbad property received multiple offers, sold quickly and at a great price. Lynn performed at a whole different level of energy and attention to detail than we had seen from listing agents in the couple of homes we've sold in the past. She has a deep knowledge of the business, friendly style, quick responses to communications, unquestionable ethics, impressive diplomacy in dealing with every situation, and was proactive in every detail. This home sale was somewhat complicated. The property had belonged to a recently deceased family member and so had lots of additional - and complex - paperwork required by the court. No problem. Lynn handled everything, interfacing with our attorney and for us the complexities became practically transparent. The house needed extensive work to prep it for sale ? painting inside and out, landscape renovation, fountain and jacuzzi repairs, plumbing, window replacement, cabinet refinishing... to name just a few things on the list. Our situation was further complicated by the fact that we live in Seattle and could only be on site at the Carlsbad property a few times during the whole process. Lynn became our advocate and protected our interests. Everything from negotiating a better price on fumigation to rolling up her sleeves and physically moving dozens of containers of flowers while the landscapers were planting them, arranging them to get the best color impact. She has a background in design and advised expertly re getting the property prepared to best appeal to buyers. She referred a number of contractors whose work proved to be top quality and who gave our project preferential treatment essentially because of their longstanding business relationships with Lynn. Her marketing of the property created a lot of buyer interest (during the winter holiday season, no less!). Offers came quickly and Lynn was a savvy negotiator. Thinking of Murphy's Law, if the wrong people had been involved this whole process could have turned into a nightmare. Lynn made it easy and enjoyable. Thanks Lynn. Our highest recommendation.
