+ 0 moreProject started out great. Company was very responsive and had great follow through. However, once they did not finish the job. We sent full final payment by mistake in advance of completion and they never returned. They did not finish several spots of the roof. Gutters were hung pitching away from downspout and did not finish one section of gutters. Company is not responsive to calls. Finally got response to email and letter. Committed to return and finish the job on June 29th but never showed and unresponsive to all communications.

+ -1 moreAwful experience all around. Crooked, sloppy tile work with multiple call backs for improper flashing and leaks. The roofer actually doing the work was clueless without the boss there. Also did gutters that were just as bad, pitched away from the downspouts, sagging etc. Never paid for the gutters but had them rehung.
Description of Work: Reroof with flat concrete tile.
