Coast Appliance Parts is the go-to place for dealer approved parts for all your appliances! Located in a nondescript industrial section of Grantville, Coast has a deceptively large warehouse. I have been in the store twice. Both times I was impressed at the steady stream of professional appliance repair companies who were arriving to get needed factory authorized parts. As a homeowner with limited technical skills I felt a bit intimidated. But hey, I had written down the refrigerator model number and also the part number so I was successful in getting what I needed. I would give Coast higher grades except for staffing of their front desk. At times there would only be one staff member operating the front desk while six or more customers lined up waiting for service. The professional appliance repair customers knew Coast staff names and would start yelling out into the warehouse for someone to come help. Finally more staff would trickle out to assist customers. Other than that factor, I'm a big fan of Coast Appliance Parts!
