He came and a**** the problem, gave us the price, came back and installed traps and other devices. Within 3 days, all rodents were eliminated and removed. Good service.

The technician arrived on time at what we thought would be the day to start treatment. When we contacted the company we explained that we had about 30 gophers holes in our yard. We also liked the fact that Clark used traps and would remove the gopher carcasses otu of the yard. The technician came in our backyard and was appalled that the quote given was 'way to low' for how much work it would entail. The technician told me he would only treat two areas and not my whole backyard. We did not pick the quote - the quote was given to us at what we thought was the whole yard. We were asking a lot of questions because we have never used an exterminator before. We must have annoyed the technician with our questions. The technician was complaining about why we had rototilled our yard (we didn't know any better), we were told the only way to truly get rid of the gophers was to gravel or cement our whole yard (which is not an option we have pets) and then later in the conversation we were told "You can b**** at me if I don't pull any bodies out of the ground". As previously stated we were asking a lot of questions but we were not 'b*******' at the technician. The technician left and said they were not prepared to treat our yard and that we would receive a call later in the week to set up a time and date to start our treatment. We never received a call. We had intended to give the benefit of the doubt and maybe the technician was having a bad Monday but when Friday came and we had not received a follow up phone call - that was it. The next Monday we called Clark and told them thank you, but no thank you. After our expericence we cannot recommend Clark.

Clark Pest Control sweep down any spider webs. They do outside and inside pest control. Once they got the bugs knocked down in this house right after we bought it we've never had to have them come back inside. They will come back any time between regular visits if you have a problem at no charge. They are punctual and fairly priced for what they do. Their service technicians are kind and respectful.

The price was reasonable, they did good work, and they arrived on time. I will be using them in the future.

It has been good, very good, he has been timely and they do what they said they would do.

I really liked how they presented what they were planning on doing. My overall experience with them was excellent. The quality of work was excellent. I would use them again in the future.

Last fall a salesman came to our door who was selling package deals with Clark Pest Control. We thought it was a pretty good deal, especially since we were having problems with ants. The next week a bug guy came out to spray our yard and he also explained what he would be doing, how often they would come out, and what we needed to do before they came to spray. He asked that keep all our pets indoors while they were spraying and for an hour afterwards. We have three dogs and two cats, by the way.That first contact was very good and we were told they would be back in three to four weeks to spray again, which was included in the price. We were also told that we would receive a phone call before they came out so that we could have all our pets indoors. They never called, or came back. So after about five or six weeks we called Clark to have them come back out to spray our yard. They came out and the guy was kind of rude, as if we were bothering him.We then received a bill for the second spraying that we were told was included in the package we had already purchased. We called Clark Pest Control to dispute the bill and they informed us that we were being billed for an additional time that they had been out to our house. They were stating that they had been out three times in less than two months. I told them that wasn't true, because we never received a phone call warning us so that we could have our pets indoors. Also, our back yard isn't accessible without going through our house and unlocking the six foot gate. I also told them, in the unlikely event that their worker was able to access to our back yard, our dogs would not have been very friendly without us home. They told me that they had been there and we owed the $158.73. We payed the billed just to get rid of them, now they continue to send us bills and have now charged us with a finance payment. This finance amount has never shown up on our bill and the only way we even found out about is by calling Clark Pest Control asking them why we continue to receive bills. I will never use them again.

I've been using them a year and a half. They are on time, come when they're supposed to, they come do what they are supposed to do, and leave the invoice. Usually the same couple of guys come out.

It's is easy to work with them. They are pretty good. Their price is reasonable. They usually come when I am at work so I really don't know when they come and go.
