Chuck was referred by a larger firm that does complete installations. They described him as an outstanding programmer who is very familiar with all of the components that we needed to have integrated. They did caution that Chuck is very busy and that it might take awhile to hear from him after I left a message. That was not the case. He answered on my first try, and we were able to find a time within a week that worked for both of us. Chuck called prior to his arrival. After talking with us about what we wanted done and how we wanted the system to work, he finished the job in a little over an hour. Our system is now fully integrated with the single remote control. We couldn't be happier. Everything works perfectly. Chuck was knowledgeable, competent, and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and was extremely patient when showing us how to use the additional features that he had put on the controller. We recommend him highly.
