Description of Work: He put in two shut off valves in my kitchen that were jammed and leaking. He put in a nice part and fixed the issue quickly. He also cleared a stopped drain in our bathroom

+ -1 moreI called them on a Friday at noon and my call was returned on Sunday. Not impressed with the customer service- I would not call them again. They wanted $50 to bid a defined scope- and my house is within 3 miles of their location???
Description of Work: I asked them to come out a bid garage conversion that needed the copper laid for a kitchen and bathroom. They wanted $50 just to come look at. I understand that people don't want to waste their time diagnosing a problem for nothing. But in this case the scope of the work was defined. They promised the $50 would be applied to cost of the installation but this didn't give me the ability to bid the job out. I called Just Plumbing- Ernie came out that day for free and bid job out.

Description of Work: Relocated gas line for range, relocated water supply lines for kitchen sink, installed ice maker port, and cleaned drain in bathroom sink. I LOVE this company. This is the fourth time that I've used them. Every time has been a dream experience - reasonable, always courteous, unbelievably prompt. I only had a small issue one time with their work and they took care of it within two hours of my phone call. This is a family business. Call them - you won't regret it.

+ -1 moreFather (Chu Sau) and son (Ray) were very prompt and very professional. Told us when an item did not need to be repaired and advised us of options when it could. Advised that water heater could not be raised more than 6'' in its present location. Stated that if the buyer wanted the water heater raised on 6'', they would return and perform the work for the quoted price ($200) and not charge us for an extra visit.
Description of Work: Replaced Moen cartridge and sleeve in shower, replaced flex-pipe connection to heater with solid pipe, checked for leak near water main at front of house. Examined water heater to see if it could be raised 18'' as requested by buyer.
