He was great. My garbage disposal went out on Christmas and when I went out to take my trash out in the morning my neighbor had a plumber in his house. I told him I needed him and he came right over. I think they gave me somewhat of a discount because they were already next door and did not have to make a trip out here. What stood out was the ease. They were willing to make an extra stop. They were quite professional. It was not planned so they had to go buy stuff, but they were quick about it, and they did not charge me for that time. They were pretty quick given that they had to reroute everything. I had ordered the garbage disposal already from Amazon and had it one-day delivered. The man who was here was Ola. He was just absolutely wonderful. He walked me through what he was doing. He let me peer over his shoulder and watch. Sometimes, I think that if I watch I could do it myself at a later date. That would not happen, but he was very patient and answered all my questions.
