CETHRON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

I am a condo-owner that lives below a property they manage and my experience with them has been very poor. To start off with, last year the washing machine in the unit overflowed, causing roughly $25,000 in damage to my unit. When I spoke with Stayc Barkett she refused to give me the homeowner's insurance information. This year my homeowner's insurance is double what it was last year because of the claim I made from damage caused by their tenant. Currently there is a different tenant in the unit. The problem with this tenant began with their dog peeing off the balcony onto my things. Not only my things, but my friend. Their dog literally peed on my friend while she was sitting in my patio chair. I was told by Stayc Barkett that these tenants don't have a dog. Um, I live under them, hear a dog everyday, and watched dog pee come off of their balcony onto my friend, they have a dog. I had to threaten to sue the homeowner's to get compensation for my damages. Now, I have complained to Stayc Barkett at least five times about excessive noise, one time going until 2:30am on a Tuesday. There's been drug paraphernalia (a coke baggie and weed paraphernalia multiple times) dropped on my patio. I don't care if they do that stuff and keep it in their unit, but I have a five year old, he doesn't need to find half-smoked blunts on our patio. Stayc has done nothing but essentially accuse me of lying and deny that there is a problem, despite the extensive photos, videos, and text message screenshots evidence I've sent her. She's a poor excuse for a property manager. If your neighbor uses this company for property management, good luck.
