Great. Knowledgable and honest.

Our home warranty company sent someone from Castle (pool and ) Electric to work at our home earlier this year. That was a great experience and we wanted the same guy to come back. My husband called Castle Electric on Monday. The owner, Greg answered his cell phone by saying "Hello," and did not identify himself as someone that worked for Castle Electric. My husband asked him if it was Castle Electric and Greg proceeded to appologize profusely. My husband stated after the phone call that it seemed that Greg was more worried about his unprofessionalism than what we actually needed to be done at our home. He also told my husband that Mario did not work there---we have learned that we used Castle Pool and Electric out of Temecula for the home warranty, not Castle Electric. My husband and Greg set up a meeting between 1PM and 2PM on Friday afternoon, as this was the only day my husband did not have to work. Greg never showed up and did not call. No one from Castle Electric called even after my husband called and left a voice mail at 4:15 PM on Friday. I understand that it is the weekend, but knowing that our project is on hold due to his unprofessionalism, my husband and I are both extremely frustrated. Plan to call Mario from Castle Pool and Electric now and will never use the San Diego company.

He did it as scheduled and on time.

Project went extremely well and has since made additional trips for work I added onto the project. He also accommodated me during the project as changes were made and offered input to make the job easier.

They are a very dependable company. The people are very friendly. They do really good work. They are really easy to get ahold of and schedule an appointment with.
