 + 0 moreIt was easy and excellent. the plumber larry finished before I returned from lunch, ahead of schedule. he hooked everything up properly. I was confused at first by the stove--it didn't self start. I called the office and asked that larry come back and get it working, but he called and explained all I had to do was plug it in--it was an electronic starter, not a pilot light. so that did the trick. but what I liked is that chuck, who made the arrangements for me, assured me that if anything wasn't just the way I needed it, to call back and they'd fix it for me. I appreciate his very old fashioned work ethic. my plumber of 30+ years is retiring, so having a new contact that is professional and reliable and honest is a great comfort. we seem to use our plumber a lot.
Description of Work: I had my kitchen torn up for a new granite countertop, and I needed a plumber to reconnect the sinks, garbage disposals, dishwasher and stove.
