Carter came out and properly reworked our electrical wiring. We no longer have the same tripping issues we had before they stopped out. The electricians were very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend them to others.

Randy, the owner, came out on short notice to remove some old electrical wiring previously used for an outdoor spa. New stucco work required that we have the wiring removal done right away. Randy came out the same afternoon. He was quick, courteous, and knowledgable. I mentioned that we were going to be getting a new forced air system and he said that his company could handle the installation of the required electrical. Randy said that both trips could be billed as one service/trip charge if I wanted his company to do the attic work. I called the office and scheduled the work to be done the following week. James, the installer, arrived a little late but that was after a very polite call letting me know that he was stuck in traffic. He explained everything that he was going to be doing and then got right to work. The job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. As James was leaving I asked if he would quick connect a new ceiling globe to existing wiring which had gone undone for several months because I couldn't figure how to reconnect it to the old wiring system. He said sure and spent all of 2 minutes completing the work.

I just loved them. They were just fabulous to work with. They gave me a senior discount. I keep going back to them because they treat me right. They are very courteous. The electricians that come out are super to work with. They listen to what I need. So far, they have been able to do everything that I need. I contacted Angie's List for another electrical company and it didn't work out. Then I contacted Carter and there were no problems. I would definitely use them again in the future.

This is a small job for an electrician, but there was no way I could squeeze into the attic space to do it myself. I expected they would need to do this from below and notch a few rafters. They gave a quote over the phone ($150), showed up on time, and less than two hours later the fan was installed, no extra holes in the ceiling, and 10% less than the quoted price. Finally a responsive electrician I can trust!

My husband had to redo everything himself. The heating lamp burned out immediately. They were terrible, it was a mess. They did not tell me that the lamp needed a stander. My husband put the fan in himself. I would not hire them again. They are wasted money. I do not recall the price.
