Jon was absolutely the best. From the very beginning I knew we could trust him to handle our flooring needs. We were in another state as the job was started & finished and Jon sent us photos from beginning to end. He handled numerous other tasks that we sort of tossed at him.. letting other contractors & cleaners in & locking up after them... The floors look amazing. Natalie and her team were super helpful. They helped us choose the LVP flooring we wanted. Chris, the project manager, was wonderful about our shifting time schedule (due to a delay on another part of our larger project.) He was ready with a complex solution for a weird flooring shape in one corner from a partial step removal, but this turned out not to be necessary when our other contractor came through with a nicer result. When issues came up, Chris and Natalie handled them seamlessly, and were able to replace our base boards with ones matching the rest of the house the same day. We are delighted with our new flooring!

The provider completed the work on a timely basis. All of the flooring was done very professionally and looks very nice. All of the workmen were extremely professional and cleaned up each night before leaving. We had one small problem which the provider responded to immediately and they went out of their way to remedy the situation.
