Install went fast and easy except for one hiccup. Installer found a leak from my bathroom into the pantry so we had to halt install so I could repair and let the subfloor dry out. When ready, Aaron was back timely and finished the job. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and I was happy.

I visited the Morena location. Gary was very helpful and professional. He helped me to select my new carpet and tile. He explained the Carpet One installation system. I was very happy with the whole process. I highly reccomend Carpeteria Carpet One.

Carpeteria's sales agent was pleasantly low keyed, but very knowledgeable and helpful. When he came to my home he helped with problem solving and was reassuring about my installation concerns. He was a pleasure to work with. Carpet removal and installation in a large condominium complex can present a number of challenges. Carpeteria installers effectively dealt with issues around parking, access, a small elevator, work space as well as strata rules and regs. The quality of the carpet is wonderful and the installation very well done.
