Went to the store to look at tile, talked with Martin Payan. He showed me several samples that I was interested in that I took home. We then talked about counter tops, I told him what I was interested in and he gave me a price on the back of his card. It was a good price and I was interested in getting a complete quote. I called several the store several times and left messages but he was either with a customer or not there. He never returned my calls. I returned the tiles several days later, he was in the store but by then I was not interested in doing business with this company.

We are a remodeling company and I have worked with Lucy at Carpet, Tile and Flooring Depot on several of our jobs. She is very knowledgeable about the products they offer. She has been very helpful in meeting our needs and providing excellent service. Our customers have all been very please with the products we have purchased there. .Lucy (Design Expert) listened to our needs/wants and shared her expertise with us.? She gave us pointers and guidance in our choices yet gave us space to ourselves when needed.? The installer, Miguel, did a fantastic job.? We couldn't be more pleased with our newly tiled bathrooms.

My wife found them - I think that they were near where she worked. They did a real good job. I liked the quality of the installation. After they were done, they came right out the next day and fixed a couple of areas, and took care of it all. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

Pro carpet has done the flooring in two of our homes now. The latest job was a 4100 sf house in carmel valley. This included hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs, and travertine tile in all the bathrooms. The beat the competition in terms of price and professionalism. They did the job quickly and well. The hardwood floors did have a couple of areas of minor damage and the tile was not properly sealed, but they came back to the house several times with no argument to make sure these issues were corrected and we were 100% satisfied in the end. The house is so large that there was bound to be some minor issues with the install so i didn't mind that it was not 100% perfect the first time. If we buy another house or re-do the flooring we will call them again. Tony Gomez and Eli Gomez run the show and are very easy to work with.

The new flooring looks good, but there were several discrepancies and frustrations along the way. The workers removed our baseboards and installed (and charged us for) new ones that we hadn't chosen, even though we had specifically told the man who did the estimate that we wanted to keep our existing baseboards because they matched the windows and were in good shape. They also put in a different transition board than we had selected, even though we had specifically talked about that as well. The workers also did a poor job of cleaning up, leaving the house covered with dust and leaving scuff marks on the new flooring. We tried to resolve the situation with the store manager, but were not successful.

The installer is on time and knowledgeable. Pretty satisfied with the result. Could be a little bit more responsive but the job get done in the end.
