My wife and I recently ventured into homebuying for the first time and asked around for a good real estate agent. A friend who had just purchased their home through Carol swore by her services and raved about her to us. As first time buyers we had a ton of questions and she always answered them in detail. She's very patient and informative. You will always get an honest answer even if it's not what you want to hear. You can tell she has been in the business for a while and has the necessary local experience here in SD. Her availability was excellent. During a tough market for buyers it's important to have an agent that can quickly respond. The home we purchased was only on the market for a few hours. I contacted Carol about it and she immediately contacted the seller. We walked through the house the very same evening and were able to be the first bidders. Despite the tough market we found exactly the home we were looking for. During escrow we had some issues with the seller's stubborn lender, but Carol fought tooth and nail for us and we ended up with a better than average deal on our first home. Neither my wife or myself have any regrets or second thoughts about purchasing this home and Carol was a great asset to have on our side. I noticed she did not have an Angies List profile and suggested she create one. Her services are one of a kind! I would highly recommend her to any of my closest friends or family buying a home here in San Diego.
