Description of Work: Carini was the last of six contractors I contacted about installed a ductless/mini-split AC system in my home. Before Will, the rep, left, I knew they were the company I wanted to work with. Not only was their price lower than every other company's, but he threw in additional services (removing gas wall heaters and having the drywall patched and painted, e.g., and including a wall mount) and was so knowledgeable and so attentive to what I needed that I was mightily impressed. In addition, because of their relationship with Fujitsu, they were able to offer me a significantly longer warranty than the other companies were. | |I have recommended them repeatedly to neighbors and friends. Outstanding experience.

Description of Work: AC compressor was not working. Turned out that wires needed connecting and Anthony did a good job of reconnecting the wires and also placed a protective plastic sleeve around them. He did the 22 point check and said I was low on freon by at least a pound and maybe more. Told me the price of the freon...over $200 for the first pound and $89.00 for the second. The AC was working and cool air was coming through the vents in the house so I declined the freon. Anthony was very nice and explained everything. Nothing was warranted because I did not buy the freon. Not sure I should have bought the $69.00 22 point AC check and should have just called for the AC repair.

Description of Work: The air conditioner wasn't working very well. Carini's technician arrived on time, came in and quickly diagnosed a clogged air filter. He replaced the filter and left specifications for replacement filters, as well as a schedule for replacing them in the future.
