Called and set appointment. Technician arrived on time and ready to work. Was courteous and knowlegable. Completed work promptly.

I asked for a bid to have my system reducted and to investigate a potential leak in my system. The tech advised me to wait on the ducting and was able to fix my leak issue. In addition, he also recommended I raise my furnace off the wooden platform it was sitting on as it was a fire hazard. He came back the next day and completed the work. He was courteous and professional and I felt it was a fair price.

Great communication with Carini Heating and Air Conditioning throughout the entire process from scheduling the appointment to completion of service. The technician (I apologize, I'm bad at remembering names) was prompt and courteous and explained in detail the work that was being done. He also answered every question I had and made sure I was satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Carini Heating and Air Conditioning and I will continue to rely on them for my furnace and air conditioning needs.

It went very well except they were going to come back out to replace the door for the filter and this has not yet happened. The system is working very well and the price for the furnace was good.

Great company; very professional. The people I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment were helpful and professional. On the day of the appointment the technician Anthony called prior to arriving, and showed up at my door exactly on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and got right to work. He inspected the system, found the problem and gave me a couple of options. At no time did I feel I was a target of a sales pitch or ?up marketing? which was refreshing. Anthony fixed the problem, tested everything and even took the time to answer questions I had about the operation of my system. Outstanding customer service!

Enrique called and let me know he was on his way from Carlsbad-I'm in Santee. He came to the door ready to go, with tools in hand. I was grateful and impressed with how he answered my questions-since I'm a new home owner, I had quite a few! He cleaned out the HVAC closet and stopped a noisy rattle in the unit by tightening and adding some screws. He also noticed there was no filter and put a new one in for me. When he noticed some of the vents closed, and I explained that I can't really tip my head back on a step-stool due to a vestibular disorder, he went through all the rooms and opened them for me! Enrique also gave me the dimensions of the filter for future replacement, and was helpful about whether I needed a cover for the outdoor a/c unit. He went over some of the basics, such as how often I should replace the filter, and where it is located. He did a thorough cleaning and check-up/tune-up for me. Overall, I was very happy with their response and the work they did!

They came out after our air conditioning had broken repeatedly. They found out that a prior company had really messed up our system badly and Anthony fixed it for us. They even came out a second time for no charge. They are very reliable and honest. We would have been trouble if Anthony had not helped us out.

Anthony was my service man. Really nice guy. Responsible, called ahead, arrived promptly and was very personable. The A/C problem was one room of many on the upper level of my home blew out cool air however inadequate and the other rooms warm air which doesn't work in a heat wave. My bills were also really high. The problem was mainly with one of the a/c units not the one for the lower level. Anthony detected a leak, repaired and added coolant, a lot. He spent quite a while at my home and made sure everything wit both my units were working well. I trusted him as well as his diagnostics however I guess since I'm not an HVAC person, you never know. The only issue was that the price was costly, although this had nothing to do with Anthony. I don't know how much it costs for coolant but my price shows close to 85 plus per pound. After the initial 215.00. That being said, my a/c works and I'm happy so all else is irrelevant. I'd call again. Just a note, it took a week for an appt since with the heat wave everyone has issues. Anthony was very professional. He called 1/2 hour before he arrived, arrived on time and put shoe covers on to protect my carpet. We discussed prices and options on repair vs air conditioner replacement and I decided on replacing the faulty capacitor. After Anthony replaced the capacitor, the air conditioner started right up. I am delighted with the courteous, professional and friendly service from Anthony and the girl in the office who made the appointment and even called to remind me about Anthony's arrival time. I will call Carini Heating and Air Conditioning again when in need of repair or replacement and I will certainly ask for Anthony List!

did not seem to me to be following any check off list - but my concerns with proper working on the ac were checked & answered - svc tech was personable & respectful. The cost could have been a bit less just for a check up visit - but all in all my main issues were dealt with & all is working well with no need for repairs at this point in time. You can get a free SDG&E inspection annually for your stove, water heater & furnace & they will even look at the dryer hookup to make sure all is ok.

These guys are professionals in every sense of the word. Gabe came out and gave us a great detailed quote, and the two gentlemen were there in sweltering conditions and were nothing but professional about it. I would call them about anything A/C or furnace related in a second. Really appreciate their work!

Great...Afterwards the guy hung around a little too long for a tip. I'm not cheap but since it was just a checkup I wasn't in a tipping mood.

I did learn from my homeowners association that they would have to look it over. They did a great job on the heating and air. They were on time and even called before they came. They spent a lot of time looking into the issue. I would recommend them.

In the middle of a heat wave my regular plumbing/heating company couldn't help me out with a barely functioning air conditioning system in less than 2 weeks. I called Carini and Anthony came out and fixed the problem 2 days after my call. He was prompt, professional, cared about not tramping dirt and dust onto my white carpeting, and explained what he did and why he did it very clearly. I will use this company for all my future air conditioning/hearing system needs. He gave me a very good price as I was a first timer with the company.

Anthony the service person was knowledgable, efficent, and pleasant. All contact with the Carini office personnel were efficient and professional. We will use Carini's services in the future.

My A/C broke, plugged condensation line. We called 3 providers from the list. Carinis was mid priced and could come soonest. Enrique came on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us an estimate to fix the unit and install a cut off switch so we wouldn't have a repeat of having a bucket of water streaming from the ceiling. We asked that Enrique also look at dampening a vibration when the AC unit turned on. He quickly and completely resolved all issues at a reasonable price.

Enrique the service tech went thru the complete system. Cleaned the compressor, blew out the drain lines & replaced the indoor filter (which I hate to say was very dirty) with a much better one. Checked the A/C and heater completely. I've had other companies come out over the years and they always wanted to add to the bill. Enrique answered all my questions, made a few suggestions and was very professional. I will be using this company for all of my future heating and a/c needs and would recommend Carini Heating and Air Conditioning without hesitation.
