+ -1 more'Rick Lopez is a great contractor to work with. He was very good at sticking to his estimate, and communicated clearly the added costs as we ran into required repairs and made additions to scope of the remodel. Pricing is quite reasonable given the excellent quality of the work. He focused on this job only, and was here every day until completion. There was extensive tile work on this remodel, and it looks beautiful. Because I work out of the house, I was able to see the progress up close. What''s most impressive was to see all the work done properly. Rick takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners.
Description of Work: Full bath remodel. Bathroom taken down to the studs, with new drywall, vanity, and tile work. Replacement of the window in the tub area, with repair of wood damage due to water intrusion. Relocated the toilet flange several inches for centering.
