CARDDINE SPA'S & BULL BBQ

I had one of the worst phone experiences ever. The person who answered the phone was rude, condescending, and ultimately hung up on me. I certainly hope that he was just having a bad day, as I was shocked at the way he spoke on the phone. The experience I had guarantees that I never want to speak to or do business with these people ever again. I was, in my opinion, very nice, if incredibly ignorant, and was interested in them because they carry "Bull" BBQ's, which I'd heard area a less expensive, but still good grill. I would strongly suggest that whoever runs the San Marcos store start monitoring some of the phone calls that whoever is answering the phone has with customers, because what happened to me is just unacceptable.

Bought a hot tub from Carddine at a trade show. There were many different hot tub vendors there, but I didn't get the high pressure sales pitch from Clint. He was very helpful, answered my questions and knew a lot about the hot tubs. So we bought a Catalina hot tub. A few days later, the hot tub was delivered and installed. We had to do some electrical work to get power to the hot tub, but that went pretty smoothly. The delivery and set up went great and the installer (can't remember his name) was very helpful. We have been enjoying our hot tub almost every night since then.
