Excellent company. They know what they are doing. Very upfront with what they can do and their costs. Super chill and friendly. They recently replaced garbage disposal that was leaking with a new, higher efficient garbage disposal. It's quieter and doesn't leak! They don't waste time while working. They are punctual and really nice humans! I've used them several times and my house and also at my rental. I have total confidence in them.

They are absolutely very reliable. They do excellent work. They've done a lot for our apartment building. They are excellent at follow-up. Not only did they make the repair. I had a leaky toilet on the upstairs unit that leaked into the ceiling of the downstairs unit, and they came in and repaired an interior wall leak and then they called us a couple of days later to ask if there was any problem. We could hear water running, but there wasn't any visible sign, so they came back out and did another small repair and they encouraged us not to have the ceiling repaired until they were satisfied that they had gotten all the leaks and had fixed the problem. For a week, we monitored that and they came out every time we say we think they need to come and take another look. They are very competitively priced, extremely reliable and they are licensed and you are very pleased with them, as well as plumbers. They are very professional, extremely courteous. It is of a father-son partnership and they always come prepared. They never say I had to run down the Home Depot and get this or that. They are very prepared. And, because we don't live on the premises where we have the work done, we are the owners, it is an apartment building, they are very willing to give us a 30-minute heads up call that they are headed there, so that we can coordinate arriving. But, we have never had to sit around and wait for them.

He talked me through turning off water to leaking hot water tank, gave me time he would be here the next morning, installed new tank and was wonderful for an excellent price

I thought they were very good. The price was very good. They honor the discounts they offer. They were very good; I didn't have any complaints at all. I would absolutely use them again.

I've always gotten good service from them. It is a father and son. They are a small plumbing company and they are always responsive. I've used them for many years. They have high values.
