+ -1 moreI called this company for an estimate to get an air conditioner installed in my home. After talking about all my options etc. to the man who came to my home, he hands me his business card. Well it wasn't Called 2 Serve. It was a totally different company giving me a quote. I don't like being dooped in my own home. I didn't ask this stranger much less THIS company to come to my home. I called, Called 2 Serve for all the alleged rave reviews. If you subcontract your work out, how about giving the potential customers heads up that someone that does not work for you and is not affiliated with your company is coming to MY home. Shady is a word that comes to mind. I have no faith in people with these types of work ethics. I don't believe any of these reviews. If you want strangers who do not represent Called 2 Serve coming to your home, give them a call!!
Description of Work: The provider didn't even respond. They sent an entirely different company to my home that was not even affiliated with Called 2 Serve. They allowed some stranger to come into my home on the pretense that they worked for their company. It wasn't until the very end that the man in my home handed me his business card and said, " When it gets busy, we help each other out." Well nobody let me know a totally different company was coming into the sanctuary of my home. I would like to think that if I am a potential customer a true business would give me a heads up or the courtesy of knowing they are too busy and they can't/ won't be completing the job themselves. I would rather be referred out than to let a stranger in my home.

+ -1 moreI have a rental townhouse and the 30 + year old central heater (gas furnace) did not pass inspection. by SDGE. Needed the work done fast in order to rent the unit. Carl Johnson, owner, gave an estimate on Friday, and replaced the furnace on Monday. He offered to do it on Saturday, but I opted to wait until Monday.
Description of Work: Removal of old furnace/central heater and installation of a new furnace(gas)/Central Heater. Installed new programmable thermostat.
