OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. A REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT AND CONSULTED WITH ME BEFORE GIVING ME A PERSONALIZED, COMPUTER GENERATED, DRAFT OF THE PROPOSED FINISHED PRODUCT. TURNAROUND TIME AND INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I WAS PROVIDED WITH A PROFESSIONAL ANALYSIS OF THE CLOSET ADJACENT TO THE MASTER BEDROOM AND BEFORE THE CONSULTANT LEFT, I HAD A DETAILED PLAN THAT ADDED MORE HANGING SPACE AND ALSO PROVIDED ME WITH A BUILT IN CHEST OF DRAWERS, A LAUNDRY BASKET AND LOTS OF ADDITIONAL SHELVES FOR STORAGE. THE INSTALLATION CREW CAME WHEN SCHEDULED AND THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WENT IN WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THE PRICE OF THEIR MATERIALS AND LABOR WAS NOT INEXPENSIVE...BUT EVERYTHING THAT WENT INTO MY CLOSET WAS TOP NOTCH. THE CONSULTANT DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DIDN'T NEED. CALIFORNIA CLOSETS WERE INITALLY REFERRED TO ME BY FRIENDS AND I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS...OR ANYONE ELSE... WHO WANTS A PROFESSIONALLY FINISHED CLOSET ORGANIZING SYSTEM INSTALLED IN THEIR HOME.
Description of Work: TORE OUT EXISTING OLD CLOSET POLES, AND WIRE SHELVING, AND INSTALLED A NEW CLOSET ORGANIZATION SYSTEM IN THE MASTER BEDROOM WALK-IN CLOSET.
