Pedro did a fantastic job. He came on time both days. He was meticulous with his preparation and completion of the work. I would certainly have him perform any future work.

The sales person took plenty of time with me making sure I was comfortable with my choices. No high pressure. The installer did an awesome job. I am happy with the outcome.

Salesman visited residence at time set. Estimate took more time than expected. Installer was superb. Covered areas to protect from dust. Very nice colors. Highly recommended.

four day project for start to finish, it's delayed 1/2 day start due to other jobs. Laid protection over stairs, cleaned up every day, And the bathroom is beautiful.

They have good design ideas. They are professional and friendly sales people and installers . They were on time, work was neat and clean, had good teamwork and good quality products.

I use the grading where an A means excellent, first off. I don't think of an A as average. The end result is I am happy with my bathroom. I do feel there were some hiccups along the way, but overall CalBath made good with them. There were three things which they covered for free, and one was a minor change order but the additional cost was reasonable and saved me some hassle later (rehinging a door to swing the other way). I signed to have the work performed in November, and it started in January. I was aware of the delay and agreed to it. However, for not one, but two items to then be delayed while in process due to inadequate inventory / backordering, was a bit frustrating. Why wasn't this figured out between November and January? One, the floor tiling, might make sense as they ran a few tiles short and needed a new lot. I can understand where that might happen. The other, the pencil liner, makes no sense to me. It wasn't available for them to install approximately February 1st, and I had to pick out new. Luckily, the new was nearly identical to the original and that only caused a few days delay. The tiling issue was much longer. Having said this, I would use CalBath again. I don't think they were exemplary in communication, but neither were they poor. They got back to me in a fairly reasonable time (24-48 hours). I priced a few contractors and I found this slightly high but not out of range. It is mostly the delay with the materials that I found a bit inexplicable. I am pleased that they were able to assist with my door, and the other minor hiccups they attended to without balking in the slightest, which was good.

It took about four hours and the next day we were able to use the new tub. They were prompt, professional and very courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very professional -- came when they said they would. Technician sprayed a substance on the tub. We discovered with a few uses that the tub was still slippery, so they sent the tech out a second time to respray. The second time certainly removed the likelihood of anyone slipping and falling, but I, who take baths instead of showers, had to stop using this tub because it was to "spikey" to sit on! (We have another tub in a second bathroom) The second coating, over the past months, has turned "splotchy," and is hard to clean - the darkness won't come off, and the tub looks perpetually unclean.

We were very happy with everything about our experience! Our salesperson/overseer of the project was knowledgable, gave us great suggestions, and also was really funny! Our work was completed promptly with lots of communication and attention to detail. The bathroom looks great; we've had no problems with any aspect of the installation. We'll definitely use Calbath & Kitchen again for our bathroom that is next on the "re-do" list!

Cal Bath is the best contractor I’ve ever had working for me. They gave a good bid and time frame. Stayed within both. Their employees were excellent. Courteous, conscientious, punctual and professional. They completed within budget and timeframe. I’d have them back again and again and recommend them to anyone who is interested in redoing their bathroom.

They had to come and redo the work one time. They did the work that I asked them to do and I would have gone a different direction if I was going to do the work over again. They put on a spray for the bathtub and the countertop. It is a tough application to clean. I wanted the lady that came out to sell the service during the work to see what needed fixed but she never came after that time.

The service turned out fine. We had a small issue and they responded quickly as one of the shower doors broke under warranty.

Told them the price I wanted for a bathroom remodel , and they proceeded to show me something 3-4 times more the my suggested price range. It was so far out of the price range I was interested in that I didn't use them. The estimate was arranged oddly also with only the final cost not the itemized cost so maybe I could have adjusted or deleted certain things.

It went fine but I didn't go with them. The quote was reasonable. They were professional and nice to work with.

They were fabulous and the quote was right on line. I just had a different person who's doing it right now. They quoted me for $26000 - $27000. The quote was great. There's nothing wrong with them. They could have been a good choice.

They were great to work with. It was just that their price was higher. We were not sure of the materials. It was quite a bit cheaper to go with another company we decided to go with. We both liked this guy and got a really good deal. They got a really good review on Angie's List. They were fine and really professional. They have a little portfolio and that's the reason it was more expensive. They quoted $35000 for the job. They came out when they said they would. They were very nice and knowledgeable.

They were very professional, and the quote was basically the same as the quote that I used for shower doors. However, they were going to take three weeks, while the person I took could do it a week. Their price was fairly reasonable for what I wanted. I would probably get another quote from them.

I did not actually use their services; they were high. They wanted $8,000 for a bathtub. I'm sure they do good work but I did not use them.

I chose not to use them not because I was disappointed in what the guy did when he came out and gave me the estimate but because they couldn't offer the complete service that I wanted. They only did certain things. I decided to go with a company that could do all of it for me so I didn't have to go around and find somebody to do the other pieces. It seemed like a fair price for the services they were offering. I would definitely recommend them if the work they needed to have done fit with what Calbath was offering.

Good experience. Owner/manager is on top of all communication and schedule. Prompt follow-up. . The showroom in San Marcos is on a frontage road, a little hard to find. The showroom is small and may not have thousands of choices, but there is a good range from basic to more luxurious. We felt we got personal attention. Our needs and desires were listened to. Different options with pros and cons were well explained. The installation schedule took our own schedules into account. The work was performed quickly and professionally.

Lori was great over the phone in answering my initial questions. When my work schedule didn't align with their normal business hours, she split the difference with me one evening to make the initial inspection and estimate. Owing to some plumbing complexities, she had to run the estimate back through the office and get back to me with various options. While I decided that the upgrade was not cost-effective, she was a pleasure to work with and I would certainly call them again.

Job well done. A return visit was made promptly to recaulk a small area which had leaked.I would recommend Calbath highly.

Even though they made sure that I knew that kitchen sink refinishing was not something they warranty they came out and did the finish again because the first finish was coming off in a few small spots. After the second finish was done, it looks great.

Overall I had a great experience with this provider. They were able to schedule a free estimate within 24 hours of my call, and were at the appointment right on time. Steve explained the process they use to create the custom fit liner for my leaking bathtub & gave me an estimated cost on the spot. After 6 weeks the product arrived in the warehouse & they called to schedule the installation. It was imperative that the job be finished in 1 day as it was the only bathroom for the property. Cal Bath accommodated my request and the end result was beautiful! I am very happy with the results & they were literally $1000 less than the 1st estimate I received.
