 + -1 moreI was anxious to get our multi-function printer back up and running since it is critical to our business. I was impressed with the high level of service and reasonable fee from Business Machines Unlimited.
Description of Work: We rely heavily on a Brother Multi-Function Printer (which scans, prints, faxes and copies) for our business. This machine had been working flawlessly for two years and then all of a sudden the automatic document feeder (ADF) jammed everything we tried to feed into it. I called Business Machines Unlimited in the morning and Jesus Bustamante arrived on time in the afternoon and went right to work. After demonstrating the malfunctioning ADF to him he methodically inspected and searched for the source of the problem. While he worked, Jesus cleaned and lubricated all of the ADF components. He discovered a torn piece of paper in the ADF exit pathway which when removed fixed our machine. Jesus put everything back together and cleaned and inspected the rest of the Multi-Function Printer before leaving. Jesus was very pleasant and gave me some good tips on how to keep our machine working properly.
