The first two estimators failed to show up at the agreed time. A third person, their VP of marketing finally came........She took some basic measurements and told me how fun it would be to spend my money. She promised an estimate by Friday of that week. No estimate on Friday or over the weekend. Midday on Monday I emailed and she sent an estimate that was basically a lump sum figure almost identical to what she said was the national average for a bath remodel. She would not break out labor and materials...She told me that home depot would not allow them to do so as part of their "turnkey solution"......Not how I do business. I'm looking elsewhere.
