glass repair
+ -1 moreThis was not a conventional glass repair or a shower door installation job. It was a bit more complicated, time consuming, and very custom. Jeff and his down to earth assistant (forgot the name) have the knowledge and experience to get it done. Pragmatic, capable, and honest. Went above the scope and did not bill for the extra. Simply great people.
Description of Work: Three distinct parallelogram section of glass were measured, ordered, and installed into the staircases.

+ -1 moreI contacted them on their web page and got a very quick response. Edward came out the same day to measure the glass. He would have replace it the next day but I was busy that day and had him come out the next day for the install of the new glass. I had 2 problems with the work performed. On one of the sliders the glass seal on the outside is missing for about 4 inches. The window does not leak because the inside seal in present. After he left I found little shards of glass around the area where the glass was installed. I also found the broken center pane from the window beside my trash cans.
Description of Work: I had a 8ft wide by 4 ft high window with 2 sliders upgraded to tempered glass.

Description of Work: I needed to get 2 broken windows replaced and only Budget Glass Plus was able to rearrange their schedule to get someone on-site that same day. I only expected them to take measurements (since they were fitting me in between other appts) but when the tech saw the job he said he could do it then-and-there.
