Description of Work: This man rescued me. I had a previous estimate of $350 to repair the headers on a large sliding glass door blind and on living room blind. The previous estimater told me that the blinds were too cheap, broken, and were beyond repair. These blinds were purchased and installed 5 years. I contacted budget blind, the owner came out and within 45 minutes fixed all of the blinds and only charged me for a service call. He was very polite, helpful and I will hire him again in the future.

They were outstanding. They did an absolute excellent job.
Description of Work: I used Budget Blinds out of Schilling Blinds and Shutters, for my shutters. They installed a large amount of shutters throughout the house, over 37. They were out in September of last year. I picked them because they had the product I wanted. I needed casings fabricated for my windows and they were able to do an identical casing for the non-shuttered windows.

The initial visit (to show samples and provide the estimate) was fine; the representative conducted himself professionally. The installation also went well: The installer responded well to requests that I made for changes in the way he had secured the control cords. I do have two reservations, however, about the company: a) The blinds took longer to arrive than I'd been led to believe; and b) The price for the job seemed a little high to me, though I really didn't do any comparison shopping, to be honest. I make this statement based only on prices for very similar blinds that I saw at Home Depot shortly after placing my order with Budget Blinds.
Description of Work: They came to our home; showed samples, provided an estimate, and then returned several weeks later to install the blinds we'd ordered on all of the windows in our house.

They even installed remotes that I could open and close them with for the windows that are up really high. I thought that this was an awesome feature. They did a really good job and everything looks great. I would recommend them any time.
Description of Work: They installed wide wooden horizontal blinds on about 20 windows in my home.

THEY EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE BLINDS WERE OF HIGH QUALITY. THEY CUSTOMIZED THEM TO FIT PERFECTLY.
