Description of Work: I would call Karl AGAIN in a second. I have absolute confidence in his ability to repair major appliances, and in his honesty. After some negative experiences with other companies, one of the a major store chain selling appliances and repairs - I researched on Angies List and found Karl. My 5 year old french door refrigerator had frozen water on the bottom of the freezer from defrosting (and the tube used in manufacturing was faulty--SHOULD BE A RECALL as these are being replaced like mad at the expense of suckers like me.) Karl was my hero, he researched it, ordered the part an returned within a couple of days to put it in, all at a much lower cost than that afore mentioned major appliance (& Repair) company beginning with an "S." Karl will be my Go-To-Guy for major Appliance repair, I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Called the same day and set up appointment for 3 to 5 and he came a couple of hours early. Great Affordable service call which was included in the service call. Karl, as a young man, use to repair Helicopters in his native country of Russia. Very well qualified
