Bruce came out when he said he was going to and took care of the replacement quickly and efficiently. Bruce has been installing window coverings and window treatments in the San Diego area for more than 25 years. Apparently he is a Hunter Douglas Certified Professional Installer and a Hunter Douglas Master Shutter Installer. He is what I would call "old school", which I mean in the best possible way. You get the kind of knowledge, experience, and commitment to service and the customer that is becoming exceedingly rare nowadays. Bruce is now our go-to guy for any future window coverings installation or repair work.
Description of Work: I had a warranty issue with my Hunter Douglas vertical blind. Hunter Douglas replaced the head rail for free, and charged me $99 for the labor involved in swapping out the head rail (as the blind is 6 years old, labor is no longer covered for free). Based on my zip code, they specified Bruce Schraer Installations as the installer.
