+ -1 moreThe service provider put the lock together. I rekeyed the lock myself and informed the provider that I had. I tested it numerous times and verified it worked correctly on both sides. The provider came behind me and did something and came and told me that it didnt work on the outside. I did test both sides before the provider did anything and it worked. The provider took the lock apart and installed the old lock parts into the new lock. He installed it and it was not done properly. I have since had to hire another provider to do a complete re-key and install new locks due to the improper installation of the originals. The new provider stated the locks were not lined up correctly and the key plate was not lined up correctly.
Description of Work: I purchased a lock on Amazon that has the ability to be re-keyed. I wanted the provider to install this lock.

+ -1 more99% of the things he "fixed," were not fixed or were done very, very poorly. Even something as simple as vertical blinds were not fixed properly. On one occasion he came to fix something in my unit and BACKED HIS TRUCK INTO THE BUILIDING and broke my downstairs neighbor's window...it was not fixed for OVER ONE MONTH. And anyone could have moved the piece of wood he placed over the window and had access to our building AND her unit. This is indicative of his work ethic and how little he cares about his clients. I am truly disgusted.
Description of Work: For the 9 months I lived in the apartment, he consistently did sloppy work; was late, or never showed, giving examples such as, "it's too hot to work today." When I had a serious leak under my sink, he told me to put a bucket under it??? He is rude and dismissive and I would never recommend him to anyone.
