+ 0 moreJohn Pekras is a local neighbor and he still does my trimming and mowing. I love the job he did as it is beautiful and easy to maintain. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: I wanted my front yard prepped for a nice looking, easy to manage garden. Brentwood is licensed and insured. My yard is an odd pie shape, so I'm not sure of it's size. They started garden by rotor tilling, removing a ton of roots, grading, installing a sprinkler system, laying down some sod, then hand-watering. The estimate was straightforward and he made sure to go by that amount to complete the job.
