+ -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE OVERALL WITH THIS COMPANY WAS INTERESTING. THE PRODUCT IS FANTASTIC, THE SERVICE WAS SOMEWHAT UPSETTING. IT BEGAN WITH THEM NOT HAVING THE PRODUCTS WE PURCHASED ON HAND WE HAD TO WAIT 4-6 WEEKS. THEN THE INSTALLATION WAS ANOTHER 4-6 WEEKS. =AFTER SPEAKING WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE, THEY FIT ME IN.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PROVIDES A VARIETY OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS FOR YOUR HOME. WE PURCHASED A HOME THEATER SYSTEM.

+ -1 moreWE WENT TO THE STORE IN FASHION VALLEY AND ASKED FOR A SPEAKER SYSTEM WE WERE INTERESTED IN. THEY DID NOT HAVE IT IN THE STORE. THEY GAVE US ALL THE INFORMATION ON HOW TO BUY THE SYSTEM THROUGH THE INTERNET. IT IS A GREAT COMPANY. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I WOULD HAVE IS THAT THE SYSTEM WAS DELIVERED TO A NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE. WE FEEL THE DELIVERY COMPANY WAS THE ONE AT FAULT. LUCKILY WE HAVE HONEST NEIGHBORS, WHO GAVE US THE PACKAGES.
Description of Work: THEY GAVE US INFORMATION ON HOW TO ORDER A SYSTEM THROUGH THE INTERNET.
