+ 5 moreScott did an excellent job. He works alone, so he is licensed for dry wall, paint, electrical, plumbing. Very meticulous with his work and does a thorough job. Takes a little longer but is worth it. Very reasonable in his price. The only negative is he has several jobs going at once and a couple times he didn't show up as planned and came 2 days later, frustrating at times.
Description of Work: Had mold in 2 bathrooms due to construction defects. Demolished both bathrooms down to the studs, mold treatment, dry rot repair, new shower valve, paper, concrete board, installed new shower doors, retiled both bathrooms, sealed grout, painted, rewired new lights, exhaust fans.
