Description of Work: I used Blindsgalore to update window treatments after having my living room and dining room painted a different color. The blinds were good quality and easy to install. The price was significantly lower than competitors. Samples came quickly and the blinds came unbelievably fast. I will use them again and am planning on placing an order soon.

Description of Work: I purchased six blinds from them at the last purchase, though I have purchased blinds from them previously. Their web site was extremely detailed for the information needed, both to measure and also to find precisely what I wanted to purchase. I have other blinds in my home from them which I have had for years, and the products are of the best quality. Their web site is very detailed with individual pricing for each feature you might prefer for your blinds, and they have a wide color selection. I have never had any problems with their web site or the quality or durability of their merchandise. I have also spoken with the chat on line people they have; all were so helpful.

Description of Work: One of several orders of mini blinds for french doors, a cellular blind, and faux and wood blinds for windows and one vertical blind for slider door. Every step of the order and delivery from beginning to end was exceptional.

Description of Work: I have purchased before, perfect fit and worked perfect. This time the fit was perfect, but the blind just dropped to the floor quickly with the one pull of the cord. Followed the instructions for tension adjustment, but still could not remedy the fall. I called them explained what was happening, they said they would send another no cost. I received it within one week, can't beat that and I will use them again. I love their products!

Phone service was great with knowledgeable staff. Swatches were sent beforehand at no charge regardless of how many swatches were requested. Ordering was easy with many prompts to make sure the order was correct.

Description of Work: We have used Blindsgalore to replace the blinds in our primary home and cabin. They have several brands and colors to choose from and we really took advantage of the free samples to determine which colors to use for both homes. By using their measuring instructions, we have never had an issue with the blinds we have received from them. They offer additional discounts on their good prices, which have allowed us to replace our window coverings at a fraction of the prices we've been quoted from other sources.

Description of Work: I had a great experience! I ordered blinds from BlindsGalore for a new house. There were a couple of issues with the sizes of the blinds (our error) but the exchange was easy. They offer a set number of free exchanges (not including shipping) per order, which is nice and prevents you from completely wasting your money. The only downfall was the initial wait for the blinds and return wait for the exchange blinds. However, this is understandable since they are custom made. I would recommend calling with any questions about measurements (customer service was great) just to prevent any risk of having to return one of the products. | |9 months later - Great product, good quality for the price, blinds still work well and look great. Description of Work: We needed to replace the kitchen window blind but we had trouble finding what we wanted in the local stores. We ordered color samples which we received quickly. We decided to order the 1 inch heavyweight aluminum blind that had self lifting instead of the dangling cord. We used their instructions to measure and about two weeks after we ordered we received the custom made blind that we installed ourselves. The quality of the blind was good and we love that we don't have to deal with a cord around the kitchen sink. Everything was handled through the internet. They did a good job of sending emails confirming the sample order, the blind order and when the blind shipped. |

Description of Work: I had ordered a roller blind for the kitchen, initially without a valence. But when the item came in I felt the color of the mounting hardware was not the look I wanted so I contacted them to ask about mount bracket caps that were displayed in the mounting instructions. They were professional and said they would contact the manufacturer about it. A couple of days later they contacted me and offered me a free valence since the bracket caps were not an option. The blind looks great after the valence, they were very reasonably priced and service/shipping was good. I would consider using them again for my next replacements.
