Followed the instructions for tension adjustment, but still could not remedy the fall. I called them explained what was happening, they said they would send another no cost. I received it within one week, can't beat that and I will use them again. I love their products!

Description of Work: I ordered the cellular blackout shades over the internet. They arrived 10 days later to my specifications. I went with large blackout shades 80"W X 56"L. They are made even better then next day blinds, who are $$$ and very good looking. Cream color single cells with insulation in the honeycombs. Buy them here and you will be very happy. Price, quality, and appearance. Very impressive. They keep the winter sun out and now I can sleep in with warm too.

The blinds fit perfectly and allowed us to take a window that let the summer sun come in like a blast furnace and slam the furnace door shut.

Beautiful quality, as expected. The only thing is there isn't enough blockage from the neighbors house but that is my fault as they sent me samples - immediately, I might add.
