Description of Work: purchase of custom blinds. when blinds didn't fit you only have to return and get replacement without up charge.

Description of Work: Ordered shades for 3 rooms. ...samples helped but they turned out even better than we imagined. They beat everyone else I checked with for pricing and the quality is great. I am a designer and quality plus service like this helps me keep my clients happy.

They served the purpose and the price was right, but if they were going on a window in a home with children, I'm not sure how long they would look good. |

Description of Work: I ordered a top down bottom up shade. this is the fourth shade that i have ordered from them. all have been very nice looking, easy to hang and a great price.

Description of Work: We measured window exactly as we were told and the blinds exactly fit. I think they could have told us to go an inch wider on each side, but customer service was excellent and blinds are perfectly fine.

Description of Work: We ordered blinds for our entire new house. They arrived in a reasonable time, well packed and fit well. The web site is reasonably easy to use and includes complete instructions for measuring and installing. We had a problem with programming a remote for one of our motorized blinds, but the expert spent quite a while on the phone walking us through the reprogramming process.

Description of Work: I ordered a Sunshade (Blindsgalore brand), and while it was a decent price since it was on sale, it arrived timely and contained all the necessary components...the fabric was much more lightweight than I expected. It doesn't have anyway to anchor it down to prevent it from blowing in the wind and the sides started fraying after only a couple days. They did replace it and customer service was excellent, but the new one appears to be the same. I might use them again, but I don't think I would order their brand again.

I have ordered from Blinds Galore to update every home for the past 15 years (moved a lot in the military). Every order has been exact -- the one time a defective item was delivered, the replacement was shipped within a few days. Excellent customer service!

Description of Work: Purchased blinds, date is a guess can't remember exactly, the blinds just dropped to the floor when string was pulled. Then pulling the string again was to retract the blinds, did not work. Tried adjustments according to instructions, that did not work. Called to ask for assistance explained all of the above, also I thought the spring mechanism was broken. They asked no more questions sent me a new blind at no cost, can't beat that for customer service.
