Description of Work: Constructed window blinds for bedroom and bathroom windows. |Blinds are quality but errors in my choices were made and it took three attempts to correct one of the problems. I didn't even request the other problem (wrong tape color) because it would do as is although not my original choice.

Description of Work: I purchased wood alternative 2" slat blinds from Blindsgalore for 7 windows throughout my house. The blinds were shipped quickly and the installation instructions were easy to follow. They look much better than the cheap plastic blinds that were originally in the house. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Purchased blinds for room addition to my house. Ordered Oct. 15th approx. with 2 week lead time. After SEVERAL push back dates and very little if any communication on their part, my phone calls to customer service were numerous, and promises were never adhered to. Finally I cancelled the order in mid-Dec.
