Description of Work: I shop online frequently and as customer service goes ..they are first class . Their first and foremost mission is that you are satisfied . I placed an order and it was all wrong .The error was 100% mine .I realized my mistake and called I to reorder fully expecting to re buy my blinds , I spoke to their rep who not only assured me that it would be be taken care of but at very minimal cost to me ....I needed a completely different type of shade ! The rep assured me that she would see this through and she did ! They are a superb company !

Description of Work: I ordered 23 sheer louvre blinds from Blindsgalore for my new home. They were delivered promptly, in perfect condition, and exactly to measure. I was very impressed by how well they were packed and identified. The Installation instructions were so easy to follow that I was able to put all 23 blinds up by myself in under 5 hours. Most importantly they looked fabulous and the quality far exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work: I ordered a custom shade to cover a large picture window that tends to admit too much light/heat during the warmer part of the year. The shade arrived in perfect condition a couple of weeks later and was easy to install (even though the window frame is not standard). The shade has retained its new look for nearly three years, and we are thoroughly pleased with the product. I would add that I made the purchase at a time when a deep discount and free shipping were available.

Description of Work: Very professional, helpful advice on the phone. The blinds themselves are pricey (although competitive with other companies). The material is somewhat delicate, but that's inherent to the blind. When one of the cords arrived defective, they immediately sent a new one. Would definitely use this company again for future orders.

The blinds were delivered sooner than expected (a real plus) and were installed by the contractor performing the work on the front porch. The blinds are of high quality and are beautiful. I've had many compliments on them.

Their instructions for self-measuring were great and I had no problem measuring and ordered exactly what I needed. You can also get samples for color matching sent to you before you order! Prices were good and shipment for my custom blinds was fast.

Description of Work: Ordered Bali Blinds for our home. We installed them ourselves. Blinds were great. My only complaint is the delay between ordering and receipt. There is no option to expedite the order. I've had to go elsewhere at times due to this delay. If you're not in a hurry would highly recommend them.
