Description of Work: I ordered 2 inch wooden blinds for 2 side by side windows under 1 header for my home office. The website provided easy to follow instructions on measuring windows for correct sizing....although I would double check all your measurements for accuracy. I found the quality to be excellent and the options were a big plus. Fortunately, my husband is handy and installation was not a problem. If you are looking for a competitive price and quality products, I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Custom blinds for a large window. I called with a question regarding the mounting, and the representative not only answered my question, but helped me figure out that what I thought I needed, was not correct. She redirected, gave me an upcoming sale (holiday weekend coming up), and when the blinds arrived, they fit perfectly, and the mounting system was exactly what was needed for my window.

Description of Work: purchased roller shades from blindsgalore; we determined we did not care for the black out and requested exchange for light filtering. this was all done online; not in person. cynthia, customer service rep, mentioned that we could only exchange 4 window treatments as they define a product as one window not one product number. given that she offered to replace the shades for a charge; cost was not bad for 17 window treatments. cynthia was very responsive to my questions and very helpful. i will purchase from them again.
