Description of Work: I ordered a custom made set of Bali Natural Shades. The shades were very good quality, the measurements were correct, and they were shipped in a timely manner. I would order from this company again.

Description of Work: They were expensive, and they did not quite fit. I ordered these blinds and measured the windows to their specifications and they did not quite fit. I made them work, and they eventually were fine.

Description of Work: We have ordered blinds from Blindsgalore for years. Last order was a single blind in early 2015. They sell many brands and will customize them just about every way you can imagine. They show you how to measure correctly and they send all of the installation hardware you will need. Their prices are great. They also have their own line of blinds which we have used before with good success. (They are of high quality and much less expensive than the name brand blinds.)

One of two identical units was cut to a length approx twice as long as called for (or not measured/cut at all?). My son undertook disassembly, recutting and reassembly. They cut the blinds to my exact specifications, and gave helpful hints online about exactly how to measure. The blinds were good quality, and easy to install. I was very pleased with Blinds Galore.

Ordering of the shutters was an online process that walks you through the information required. You can call their service center if you have any questions. You can also. download installation instructions from their website. Shutters were reasonably easy to install. I liked the fact that you can basically order any size. I also thought that the price was very reasonable.
