Description of Work: The ordering was very easy. I contacted the gentleman who would do the measuring and installation. He came out a few days after our phone call. He was very nice and gave me the measurements which I needed to place my order for 3 skylight shades. I Placed my order online and the shades were delivered in about 2 weeks. The installer came back and did a great job. ins

Description of Work: We ordered plantation shutters online from Blindsgalore.com. |Because we were ordering online and installing the shutters ourselves, we called once or twice to clarify online descriptions and ask questions. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. We placed our shutter order for 2 large and 4 small windows. They were delivered by freight truck in a timely manner. My husband and I easily installed them all in a weekend. We couldn't be happier with the quality and the beauty and functionality the shutters have added to our windows!

Description of Work: Blinds Galore helped with two orders for solar shades & wood blinds. I had minor issues with both orders, which they very quickly helped straighten out. (One was an ordering error on my part, which they had additional parts shipped at no cost. The other was a manufacturing defect which they had the company replace for free.) I plan on ordering from them again when we need window treatments. Much more knowledgeable and helpful than the big hardware stores.

Description of Work: I bought an interior PVC shutter for a bay window. Note that this company only provides the window treatment; you install. Ordering of the shutters was an online process that walks you through the information required. You can call their service center if you have any questions. You can also. download installation instructions from their website. Shutters were reasonably easy to install. I liked the fact that you can basically order any size. I also thought that the price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Very easy to use website that allows me to fully customize my blind needs. Had an odd need with two windows side by side where I needed separate two sets of blinds connected to appear as one. Very easy to customize this need, clear instructions on how to measure and order. Lots of sample options for free to get the exact style I wanted. Custom created and shipped very quickly with clear easy to follow instruction for installation. Installed quickly and looks great! Price was very reasonable and comparable to other DIY installation options. Looks professionally created and installed. Will use them again for my other Windows when the time is right!
