We had a good experience with them. We compared them with another local company and they were just better in terms of price and timing.

The blinds were inside mount. When we hung them only to find out they looked bad, didn't fit, just plain looked bad. I called Blindsgalore, they offered to reorder something with a better fit for only the difference in price from what I ordered the first time to what I ultimately ended up with. The entire processes was painless. The Blindsgalore staff went out of their way to see that we got what we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again!

First one went fine. Second one was broken on arrival, but replaced promptly.

Very good quality of material and shipped quickly. I installed myself and the work was easy and looks great! I am going to get some more plantation shutters for other windows; this style is perfect for my Craftsman style cottage.

The blinds looked good but some of them are wood blinds and some of them are warped. I had broken blinds which were held up perfectly but the wood plantation pines were warped and one of them does not pull up properly. The worst part about it is it is on a triple window so it is not like I could just replace that one and put a new one up. They were delivered promptly. I wouldn't order wood blinds there again.

I twice ordered cellular blinds from this company over the past couple of months. The blinds arrived in perfect shape. The installation instructions were easy to follow. The prices were excellent. On the second order, based on the Fedex info, I was unclear when they would arrive. I called the company to see if I could find out more and the rep was great. She checked and sent me an email with the anticipated arrival date. They arrived timely.

The blinds are great. I have no problem. We like them. They are working alright for me. The blinds are pretty good and excellent. They are just what we needed.

The cost was for the installation and I paid $45 to take measurements before I made a big purchase because he was affiliated with them. What stood out about them were their price and the guy who installed it. He was real nice. I did not like the way some of them were done. He came back and fixed it. He had good communication.

I purchased a top-down/bottom-up window covering from blindsgalore for my living room window. The one that came with the house was shot. I found their prices to be very reasonable. I made a mistake on my online order, switching the width and height. I called them and they offered to send me the correct size. I paid about $17 postage to return the blind to them but did not have to pay any extra for a replacement blind. the woman who helped me was very friendly and professional. The window covering works perfectly.

They did an excellent job! The quality and installation went very well. The only issue was a twisted thread on one of the blinds, although they did send a replacement blind later on. I would certainly use them again -- their customer service is wonderful.
