Description of Work: Custom built battery operated, remote control blinds for a bay window. Batteries were included. They fit perfectly. After 1 1/2 years, it still functions like new. Six months after the purchase, I bought 16 rechargeable batteries for when the old batteries died. Unbelievably, after 1 1/2 years, it still uses the original batteries even though the blinds are raised and lowered each day--sometimes more than once. Keep in mind that Punctuality is a little slow, but these are custom built blinds.

Description of Work: I ordered online. One of the valances on blinds was cracked and they sent me a replacement super fast. I installed them myself. Quite easy to do. |These were "top down bottom up" blinds. |$250 for two blinds. Each blind was 41" wide by 80"high.

Description of Work: Bought blinds online with this company and they were awesome. They responded to my issue with some of blinds (something I did wrong in choosing the blinds) and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company.

One of two identical units was cut to a length approx twice as long as called for (or not measured/cut at all?). My son undertook disassembly, recutting and reassembly. Been in service and working fine since.

Description of Work: I ordered new wood blinds for several large windows in my living room, den, and breakfast area. The price was very good, the shipping was prompt, and the blinds fit perfectly, even though I measured them myself. However, one wide window required that I order 3 sets and hang them together in order to cover. The valance option was for one piece to cover all three headers. However, the valance that came with them was cut into 2 separate pieces and came with large clamps that were different from the clamps that attached the valance to the blinds on all other windows in the same room, giving them a different appearance. In fact, the two pieces will not stay together and since the valance is not covered by any other window treatment it shows and looks as though it is falling apart. I contacted Blinds Galore and requested that they send me clamps to match the other Windows, hoping that they would hold the valance in place better. Blinds Galore refused, citing safety concerns because of the width of the valance. I pointed out that the two pieces are each narrower than the whole valances on the other Windows, but they still refused to send me different clamps. I offered to waive liability (the valances can't weigh even one pound each) and they said they would send me a letter in the mail to sign. All I have ever received is a letter from them explaining again their safety concern and stating that the existing clamps were necessary for the size of this valance. I would still give them an "A" overall, because the blinds themselves are lovely and nice quality. They look much more costly than they are. But, I am going to have to find a work-around for the large window valances.
